General Requirements:

Office Management with general Office-Duties


  • Office Administration & Team-Management
  • Ordering of promotional materials, office supplies & customer presents
  • Assistance in the organization of corporate events
  • Data entry in the online-system
  • General office organization & visitor service
  • Organsational and planning for foreign visitors

Your profile

  • Completed commercial, communication or legal training or education
  • High communication skills, safe and customer-oriented appearance
  • High team and coordination skills as well as structured, accurate and independent working methods
  • Commitment, dedication and willingness to learn
  • Good computer skills
  • Very good English language skills

We expect at least some experience in one or more of the listed areas.

Language Skills:

  • Russian
  • English (company-wide language)
  • German might be a plus

  • Full-time employment in fixed contract (100% official income)
    remuneration at least 40,000 rubles per month or more (by agreement and previous experience)
  • additional bonus models are available

  • The workplace is our office space in the center of Krasnodar. (Near the Galleria Shopping Mall)

Working Hours:

  • Flexible (core working hours Monday to Friday 10h to 16h)
